Artistic Achievement Award - Youth

This award recognizes excellence and accomplishment in an arts discipline by a young person.

Will Lepinski is an 18 year old artist who just hosted his first First Friday Art Show. After two years of diligence, Will presented a mural featuring the city of Lincoln using the interior three walls of his family's garage as his canvas. The art is in perfect perspective and was accomplished using a ruler, a black sharpie, and a natural ability to draw three dimensionally with ease. An achievement in itself- but Will does this all under the restraints of autism. Will's passion for the arts has given him the opportunity to share the world as he sees it.
